Meet Chad L. He needed a Roof Replacement and the insurance company would not pay for the Impact Resistant shingle even though it’s what he had on his roof. It was the best thing I could have done! Briana Nelson came out and did the damage assessment and gave me a lot of useful information not only about the roof but the whole insurance process and provided guidance through the whole project. Yisa Kennedy was another star from the Core team and she handled the coordination for the materials, installation, remove/reinstall of the solar panels, and the permit. Throughout the whole project, Will Cunningham provided overall guidance and the billing between us, them, and the insurance company.
