Work scope and invoicing management
We will work with your insurance company to make sure there is an agreement on work scope and invoicing.
Onsite assistance during inspection
When the adjuster from your insurance company comes to your property to conduct an inspection, we will be on site to assist with the adjuster to ensure that the full scope of work is documented.
Due diligence and documentation
We make sure the adjuster examines all roofing materials, gutters, pipes, flashing, and notes all damages. Everything will be heavily photographed and documented to make reviewing what should be included in your claim straightforward.
Continuity of service
We will be there beyond the adjustment. We don’t leave you to manage the rest of the process because we know full well the insurance process is just getting started.
Follow-up and supplemental needs
Once an agreement has been made, we will handle contacting them to secure supplemental service coverage for any additional issues that may arise during the construction process.
